Giving them money to spite them is an interesting gambit. If you want to fuck with them in petty ways you're far better off just buying and returning bulky items until they cut you off.

I heard advertisers consider young parents the most profitable demographic, so anything childcare related is weighted very heavily in their models. I don't have a source though
