Unless it's fugu and you don't trust the chef π
If I remember correctly most deaths in Japan happen because the deceased went to a restaurant that sells fugu liver which is illegal in Japan.
Also Iβve tried fugu before. Itβs expensive and definitely not worth it over regular sushi.

Im pretty sure its some type of disease that kills us the most. Not some obscure ass food ingredient.
