A few years ago I made a Facebook post jokingly pointing out how the ads on Facebook include ads for fake rolexes and illegal drugs (including a screenshot of the ads) and Facebook took down my post on the stated grounds that I was violating someone’s trademark.
Real Facebook ads for anyone curious
LOL typical of them
They take no context into account.
They do, it's just always "how do we make more money?"
