Not exactly programmer but... The stupidity of some people is impressive.
I mean this is gotta be obvious bait.
Blue check mark means the user already drank the kool-aid. No reason to assume they wouldn't go back for a refill.
It's just as likely its an engagement farming account, maybe even a bot.
Tell me there's a difference
(Excepting the existential realization that the stupider a person is, the more easily they're used as a tool, of course, and keeping them in line and on track is often simpler than tech solutions.)
Nowadays it's hard to be sure. Considering the average American's education and who they voted for....twice... Why shan't I believe weird "news" like this...
