The album makes it clear what an out of touch billionaire she is and even her fans are mad about it. Literally nothing to do with her leading anything, it's about the negative reactions from everyone else.

she's rich and part of the wealth problem.
just because she calls herself out doesn't mean she's not still part of the problem.
just because you call her out as part of the problem doesn't mean she's still not part of the problem.
