Asked what will happen to the Brampton plant, a spokesperson for Stellantis said, "Canada is very important to us. We have plans for Brampton and will share them upon further discussions with the Canadian government."

According to the article they still plan to use it, but it certainly sounds like they're fishing for subsidies.

How much does each one of these low skilled jobs cost us in subsidies.

Seems like they need new subsidies like every other year at this point.
