If this is using data from the feds then you may as well assume they ONLY went for clean people.

Ten years ago in Chicago you may recall a controversy about how dragnet surveillance on text messages in black neighborhoods was being used to label hundreds and hundreds of innocent people, many of them kids, as "gang-affiliated" because a friend-of-a-friend was arrested.

So extrapolate from that into our delightful DOGE era. Yeah none of those people did crimes and the cartels are run by the CIA anyways fuck this
