For one, start paying your staff a good salary, and piss off with your tipping system.

If htat means that restaurants get 20% more expensive, then fine with me! I pay 20% in tips right now so that makes zero difference. Make restaurants 30% more expensive? Fine! Restaurants have become much MUCH more expensive than just 30% over the past 5 years, that extra 10% really won't make much of a difference.

If with that you still can't make it, I feel like you're doing it wrong then
