The Party of ~~Free Speech~~ Snowflakes is at it again. Despite Charlie Kirk not actually being a member of the administration or, indeed, a political leader of any sort, the Trump Administration continues to act as though one of its own has been assassinated, rather than just another podcaster who happened to be more popular (for all the wrong reasons) than most.

They're using the same bullshit tactics the right always uses:

"If you don't shed tears for the fascist Charlie Kirk, you're a violent communist terrorist who wants to kill Americans and hates freedom."

"If you don't support invading Iraq, you're a supporter of Bin Laden and Al Qaeda and you want to kill Americans and hate freedom."

"If you dont support genociding Palestinians you are an antisemite and a Hamas supporter and you support killing Jews and love the Holocaust."

"You're either with us or against us."

I can never decide how much of this is intentional bullshit, and how much is just the right's simplistic black-and-white thinking and inability to handle complexity or nuance.
