Progressive challenger Saikat Chakrabarti faced stone-faced stares and laughter on CNN when discussing Trump's memo declaring war on political opponents. CNN shut down the conversation, but the NSPM-7 dam is breaking in the media. #NSPM7

people really don't appreciate just how powerful the truth is, in a world where we are lied to constantly.

everybody in this country who has ever had to put in an honest days work in their life knows exactly who is fucking them over, whether it's their boss not paying enough or state/federal goons shaking their business over if they don't play ball. this is part of why the conservative propaganda machine works so well.

they offer a slice of the truth, there's somebody controlling things behind the scenes etc. (filling in the rest with bullshit of course).

meanwhile the schumers and pelosi's give some obvious fake bullshit about how we're all in this together, when we can literally look up every time any D/R betrayed their constitutes (not that they actually try to win those "safe" R districts anyway, being controlled opposition). Like...how can Pelosi say with a straight face on TV that "trading his her husbands thing, i dont know anything about that" when you can literally see in real time she day trades...lying ass bitch

everybody knows the fucking game now, saying anything other than the truth just loses you voters. seen very clearly with kamala's campaign after biden stepped down, she actually might have won it if it weren't obvious after the 2nd week that she was just going to be another Obama lying about Hope and Change

I've always said it: Republicans win because they're the only party that will fully admit a problem exists. Their solutions are fucking evil, nonsensical, and exacerbate all our problems to the nth degree, but at least they'll say there's a problem. Nobody can afford rent; you had Trump out there blaming our Haitian brothers and sisters, but Harris wouldn't even admit there was a rent issue, or if she did it was easily remedied by rewarding the same landlords that bend us over at the start of the month. You only have to look at Republicans for a minute to understand how expertly Democrats can snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, all for a fuckin dime.
