I think their dicks should go one way and balls another...
Adding a third and fourth horse for their dicks¹ is totally reasonsonable, but I feel like there are better non-horse-related solutions here.

Why not just have one horse pull their balls in one direction and their penis in another? While they are strapped naked to a bench.
I think the balls should be horse-ripped separately.
