IANAL, but isn't the third amendment just to prevent quartering soldiers in private residences? This could arguably be considered a government building
I agree. If it were dorms it directly apply IMHO but I more so said this because I think we should have explicit protections against this. A dangerous secondary effect to this is now it's a federal building and they can use the rest of the federal governments force to protect it. So it's a serious threat to do this in my opinion
