Imagine what the Democrats will do, as soon as they have even the narrowest majority after the midterms, without the filibuster to stop them? Oh, Donny dumbfuck has no idea what he's setting himself up for.

Not just nothing. With their simple majority, they will undo the terrible policies Republicans enacted... Starting with reinstating the filibuster.

I think the quiet part here is “we’re not planning on losing elections ever again”. And there is an enormous amount of subtext in that statement.
