Some neighborhoods tried, shops ended up closing, causing a lot of problems for the community. The corpos won't make it easy to pull one over on them.

"among ourselves" is the all poor people fighting over the now limited food supply that your raids caused. If you think everyone is going to peacefully work together to properly ration that shit out, you're nuts.
