Federal funds shall not be used to promote gender ideology, is the platform they're claiming to stand on while defining what is and isn't acceptable gender ideology with federal funds.
Fascists.
They don't even know what ideology means.
Which is why tolerance against the intolerant is not effective, and on a pendulum, decreasingly so.
