I'm assuming it was taken with sufficient care that no one else would walk in for the purpose of this joke. Maybe someone was working late and they were the only one left at the office, or something similar.

It could also be broken. A lot of times the door just won't actually stay shut and sometimes you just have to let the door win.

In any case, it was meant to look like they didn't care if some random strangers saw their junk. I actually don't see the humor there. Bizarre isn't always bad, but here I think it is bizarre in a bad way. Not really the biggest deal though, just a desperate and gross Internet post imo
