"I don't care Anymore"
Takes a bizarre, tantamount to assault picture, posts it for validation
I'm assuming it was taken with sufficient care that no one else would walk in for the purpose of this joke. Maybe someone was working late and they were the only one left at the office, or something similar.
I'm going to assume this is a solo bathroom with a lock on the actual bathroom door.

It could also be broken. A lot of times the door just won't actually stay shut and sometimes you just have to let the door win.
Bizarre? Sure. But there's nothing wrong with bizarre. You didn't stop at calling it bizarre, though.
In any case, it was meant to look like they didn't care if some random strangers saw their junk. I actually don't see the humor there. Bizarre isn't always bad, but here I think it is bizarre in a bad way. Not really the biggest deal though, just a desperate and gross Internet post imo
