This confirms two things:

The Trump regime delights in being cruel. The cruelty is half the point of anything they do.
AI needs to die.

Also, they can't help but degrade everything that's innocent and joyful. It always has to be about them, and it always has to be terrible. I really wonder which audience this shit is for. I can't imagine anyone actually enjoying any of this.
