Quebec? Out of the frying pan and into the fire.
Elections Quebec has the highest standards and accountability out of any province.
What does that have to do with opening a business in the province?
The government's policies affect how businesses operate, Quebec's elections have way less money involved with the campaigning than your average province. I was able to check which political party the owner of Quebecor has contributed to.
