of course you didn't mention the biggest empire in history shelling out the most suffering to the world.
it's the only way you can make china look so bad.
I'm not making china look bad, I'm making all states look bad by citing the tendancy of them to become imperialist when there exists a sufficient power differential, hence why I cited Europe more critically than china.
