Tech bros all shoveling cash into the trunk of their cars because they realize the tide is shifting and time is running out.

Yup. They are trying to make sure the bubble pops while Trump is in office because of there's even 1% chance a Democrat president won't sign that bail out check (I know that is not how it works) or support a bail out. They are rushing to make sure the American people are left holding the bag.
