They're not quirky, socially disruptive philosophers, lol. The person in OP is just a child who wasn't properly socialized, now occupying the body of an adult, they're not saying things with purpose but because they have no moral framework and didn't develop into an adult well!

There's no scientific agreement on anything you're claiming, there's no established human nature or specific culture-agnostic development we must all go through, etc.
