I'm sure it varies by province, but they were available in like October at pretty much any pharmacy in Saskatchewan. Walk in, do the little questionnaire, get poked, wander the store for 10 mins to make sure there's no adverse reactions, making a total of about 15 minutes in and out.
Same in Quebec.
