When news comes out about divergence of flu strain and the vaccine targeted strains, many people read it (incorrectly) as "the vaccine this year doesn't work". I don't get the vaccine, and I haven't had a fever with the flu for like 10 years (I have 5 Covid shots and got covid twice). It's mostly just my laziness, and I don't see the benefit over being consciously against it.
