Marimar Martinez was shot multiple times by federal immigration agents during an October clash in Brighton Park, where residents were protesting the federal officers’ presence. Agents alleged Martinez chased them and rammed her car into an agent’s car, claims Martinez and her attorney disputed. The case later collapsed and all charges were dropped by the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

So that's it? "Oops, we were demonstrably wrong about these allegations but whatever we'll keep calling her a domestic terrorist and make vague excuses why she can't be given access to any information surrounding our failed attempt to kill her"
