Yes, let's condemn him for realizing his mistakes, apologizing, and trying to better himself. I'm absolutely sure that will encourage others to do the same.
Nah, let's condemn him for voting for Trump.
There was forgiveness for electing him once. I will never forgive his supporters for round 2. I don't give a fuck about their apologies. If they need my absolution to change their minds, then they aren't really repentant anyways.
