No, let them in so they can tell you you were right. Honestly. I'm one of them. I regret migrating away but nobody was left on IRC. Turns out it's better that way.
If you went back to freenode.net... we're all over on libera.chat... since freenode.net got bought by rotters trying to enshitify it.
Such a rule can't descend on IRC as I understand it — anyone could just stand up a new server, couldn't they?
