ICE is shooting unarmed civilians, so seeing Boris here would make their nuts shrivel like a booger on an Arizona Tarmac in the middle of summer, and the only way for them to regain their illusion of masculinity will be to shoot him, too.
Pistols, that ICE has been using to murder innocent civilians, won't set off tannerite. You need high velocity rifle rounds, typically .223 Rem and up.
If they're breaching a house they're going to be bringing long guns.
Such a poor choice in cramped closed quarters.
