Second part - Every country that currently has the capability is “stealing” data. I’m not deflecting from the US’s actions, but let's do the math here and pick something that everyone isn’t in the same glass house together.
Yeah, sure let's keep pretending that there's not only few countries in the world where the US CAN NOT steal data because they LOST a war
