I haven't read the news about this yet but without knowing more for sure, I'm still pretty sure the guy got away with his money, he'll just go live like an asshole somewhere else.
Billionaires should have nowhere to run to. Either give up your money and resources so that people can live normally again, or die. Those should be the realistic options for them.
