Ways to tell that this video is fake:

NYPD patches with gibberish
Fast shots with unnatural movements
Eye glasses that melt off with the face mask
ICE wears military fatigues, with camo and extra ammo to shoot protesters with, they don't have uniforms.
Eloquent fascists that are being respectful to the NYPD
Strange things in the background
The NYPD are doing their jobs

Some of the tips for reality checking dreams can also be used for AI. Examples. So, you'll want to check that the various machines in the video are doing what they should, the objects in mirrors are located/positioned where they should be, the text and spoken words are comprehensible when they should be, and the objects still respect collision (third party pushing finger through hand test).
