That's the driest sauna I've ever seen. And it's clearly meant to be a wet sauna by its design.
Probably room temperature for the photo op.

It's also very likely not heated.
Uhm, usually saunas like that are quite dry with a humidity of 10-30%. The only thing wet would be the sweating organisms. This leads to the conclusion, that RFK and Kid Rock are Crab People after all. Or Lizards. Whatever.
Sounds like he's thinking of a steam room.
