Not at all. The original is a classic, the others can be forgotten.
This was such a extreme experience for me. I was in second grade I think and the elementary school brought all the children to the cinema without the parents.
Here I remember crying, it was soo sad! And then when Gmork attacks Atreju I had to close my eyes.
I don't remember that part... I mean, I remember Artax drowning; I don't remember it looping for 3 hours. 🤔
This scene heavily traumatized my sister. I'm not allowed to mention the never ending story around her children
BTW one of the few really good German movies.
