Video. Federal officials confirmed that immigration enforcement surged in Charlotte, North Carolina, as Border Patrol agents made multiple arrests. Local resident Willy Aceituno said he saw agents chasing people and was twice stopped himself, with officers breaking his car window and throwing him to the ground
