Do dems have this solution? I haven’t seen or heard any of them campaigning on it. Last thing we got was ACA and even that had its public option pulled.

When the public option was pulled, that was a heartbreaker.....we were so close to universal healthcare because everyone would have taken the public, medicare option over corp insurance plans.

We were so close

Almost every Democrat that is not owned by healthcare industry did campaign on it, but admittedly that is not that many people as of yet. One exception being Elizabeth Warren who used to support it at the start of her presidiandial run and later had "strategic retreat" whatever that means. Now she's back to supporting it.

It's above 60% approval issue for US voters. Only sellout or a moron wouldn't run on it.

Harris used to support it to, then stopped. Buttigieg used to support it, then came up with that awful "for all who want it" bullshit. It's almost like someone gave all these establishment types a bit of a tug at the leash.

It's cheaper to commit a crime and go to prison than it is to pay into the healthcare system. Prisoners get healthcare.

The money is there to provide it for everyone, but we keep funneling it into the hands of our rulers.

Let's stop being stupid and sucking them off. Both literally, and figuratively.

It's wild that he probably would have been better than Fetterman.

[–] DancingBear@midwest.social 1 points 2 weeks ago

Buttigieg is 🤮

[–] SineSwiper@discuss.tchncs.de 1 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

It's even wilder how much that stroke changed him.

[–] Tinidril@midwest.social 4 points 2 weeks ago

He was always shit though. People just saw what they wanted to see.

Y'all got to stop perpetuating this nonsense.
