Thats nice, but it would have been nicer to just outlaw the practice entirely

Nothing is going to get business to stop being business. It doesn’t matter what kind of fanciful mayor New York elect, it is always going to be the people with money making the plans and placating the people so that they can make more money. It is this until the end of time
