Haven't seen this meme in a while. Next we will see the Kinder Surprise meme.

Also a if a 16oz cup is filled to the top with ice then it's about 8oz of liquid before the ice melts. So this meme is for spreading ignorance for a laugh or a marketing scheme to convince Americans to by smaller cups without lowering the price.
