If only there was a vehicle that could transport multiple people at the same time, rather than every individual driving their own car. Perhaps someday scientists will figure it out.

Derpy headline. It's cars causing the traffic backup. I know that this is a very difficult concept for many drivers to grasp, but it's so obvious even a child in kindergarten can see it: There are traffic backups in plenty of places with no mobile speed cameras, probably even in that very Colorado Springs school zone. Yet there are no traffic backups in places with no cars.
