Yep. Just I don't get paid to care.
I have only tripped in public once and it was in a place where probably a lot of other people were tripping. It still caused anxiety of course but I can't imagine being in a place where it was not atleast implicitly accepted
1st time I dropped acid we ended up in a McDonald's at one point. Worst time ever. The fountain drink machine kicked on and scared the shit outta me.
So real, I think a stale corporate environment like mcdonalds would send me spirally if I was on acid. I went to a psychedelic art exhibit and still found some discomfort
Out of curiosity what do you think your thought process would be in a McDonald's?
Something about capitalism being a soulless institution that facilitates the masturbatory consumption of unfulfilling but addicting slop, food or otherwise while only achieving severe harm to the environment and the torture of animals. It would most likely manifest more simply as a strong feeling of alienation and despair though.

Baked is different from tripping. I can handle some weed in public by psychedelics are too far imo. Definitely went to my univserisity convenience store baked our my gourd a number of times

I usually smoke a spliff before my shift and one after but I'm pretty competent and my job is really easy so nobody minds (I'm more or less open about my habit, even with my superiors at work). They can tell when I haven't because I'm restless and animated (I have ADHD), but I also just tell them, lol.
They'd be able to tell because you'd stink too
I mean, I don't smoke right before my shift, I usually do it before I shower for it... but I usually just tell them 🤷, also it's very noticeable because I more often than not bring snacks to share, lol.
You'll be surprised how much both tobacco and cannabis smoke lingers on clothes and breath. As a non smoker I'd be able to tell you smoked earlier in the day. The difference is night and day between smelling the air around a smoker and a non smoker. Sorry to let you know.
