Let me introduce you to Dr bronners miracle soap. I literally brush my teeth with it, and use it for laundry.
But maybe don't pick the first cheapest thing.
I got some 2-in-1 shampoo+ shower gel that was cheap. Just the first one.
I used it and WHAT THE FUCK IS THAT. Super uncomfortable, cold, impossible to wash off.

Oh, lol, I remember the shampoo with menthol I had. I loved how it actually brought feeling back to my life.
shampoo is bad for your head
only using a no wax high protein conditioner scrubbing your scalp then scrubby/combed out rinse will change your hair for the better in two weeks.
all the pollution, sweat, salt, urea, and dead skin rinse out with the conditioner. the oil left on your hair will give your hair body and curl.
for reals.

I’m mostly bald, use clippers for any survivors; and like to make fun of any conditioner or shampoo. So, I upvoted this post
Survivorship bias. Men who don't have great hair usually keep it short or shave it off completely, or people just assume that they don't wash regularly.
