Well he'd better be, we're also on the list. We'd best be making sure our (actual) NATO allies are with us, and be talking with the EU about not only increased trade and cooperation but membership.
I think we should contract Bugs Bunny to do to our border what he did to Florida.
I am thoroughly impressed by the progress that is being made by PM Carney across the world right now, and I would highly recommend keeping tabs on it all. Which is easy to do because he is constantly updating the press.
