Defending your sovereignty might become a full time gig.
Canadians are pretty screwed, especially considering their affinity for following the rules. That's an especially bad tactic when dealing with a literal rapist- he will get closer and closer while framing any resistance as paranoia or false accusations (they are true), then by the time he's close enough its way too late.
