You promise to pay for their college after telling them their whole life that college is mandatory. Bonus points if you fuck up the economy enough to ensure they cant afford college any other way. Bonus bonus points if you convince them its their patriotic duty and then brainwash them into following commands withiut questioning them. Lastly, double or nothing for somehow managing to secure a third of the gdp of your entire country so you can fund bombs exclusively to kill civilians.
