I believe I, and any Canadian, have every right to kill a person who represents a foreign (hostile)government, and tries to abduct me, or those I care about in my country. As they do not represent my government, I believe I’m free and clear.

I agree, foreign agents seeking to subvert Canadian sovereignty, their life is forfeit as long as they are operating on Canadian soil. They shouldn't have any legal protections either if their objective is to destabilize the country or attack our sovereignty.
This is one of the first times I’ve heard a Canadian threatening without saying sorry first.

The most polite people I know are also the most willing to stand up against wrong doing when the time comes. They are they way they are because they value good prosocial behaviour, they're willing to sacrifice their own convenience for it, and they're willing to defend it.

we have ICE offices in canada, in a bunch if our major cities, including ottawa. our capital.
Yeah. You might want to try to correct that.

We need to start protesting to get ICE out of Canada
Here's an idea. If ICE walks across the border, shoot them. They're a hostile foreign invader.
Aha, so baaically if you get snatched and dragged into the US for suspected violation of US law, the American legal system is okay with it and you have limited avenues to defend yourself. Canada would have to "convince" the US to let you go. In other words, exercise higher caution around ICE than our neighbours do.

The furthest an American can get is those who go to help defend Canada
Fact of the matter is if ICE wanted to round up Canadians, most local police, at least in Alberta, would be helping to support ICE operations while making a canned statement on TV about the legality of their actions.
The question is: would a Canadian citizen witnessing an ICE kidnapping happen in Canada be allowed to use up to lethal force to stop it?
No. But if there's no body there's no murder.
I don't care. I'm not an American gimp. I'll help a person being kidnapped or harassed in Canada. If it's a US MAGA Nazi fuck, they'll get a mother fucking double-double. I'll take the chance.
