Every company is trying to move itself into a position of power in its market to extract rents as a result of that power - for doing nothing productive extra.

Again inserting themselves in between a small and free process to make the process huge, cumbersome, and expensive, all so that a few rich assholes van become richer.

Lobbying as it exists now should be prohibited and replaced with something where people can publicly call attention to something for politicians to decide on, but everything has to be public,and not a single penny or gift or favor may ever be traded

I used Cloudtax last year and it took me almost no time to file, for free. I helped 3 other people try it out, and they'll be using it again this year. Fuck TurboTax and H&R Block.
