The mechanics of the guillotine are quite simple. The psychological aspect is much more complex. I think legitimate judicial systems are a better standard to be enforced than simple mechanics as it is a sign of a civil society. Dismantling a legitimate judicial system is indicative of a madness and psychosis that appears to be the desired product of certain techniques used by certain entities sub rosa. Not a great sign for things to come.
