I dabble in writing, and I twitch when my Mac suggests text. It's not AI per se, it's just auto complete, but I refuse to use it. I don't want to disable the feature but I won't use it if I'm working prose — even if it knows exactly what I'm going to say next. I want to say every word is 100% mine.
There's an argument against using a MacBook vs a typewriter. I've actually written on a typewriter. Three of them. I love typewriters. But I do enjoy typing on the MacBook. Kurt Vonnegut wrote on index cards. I'm not trying to throw it that far back.
