This is how I want the net to be again. Information, simply presented. Maybe a picture here and there and some formatting.

No scripts, no animations, no "web2.0", no trackers, no 57473729 ad-cookies, no click-bait, no...[endless list] Just a fast loading site.

Ever noticed that computers in the last 30yrs got soooooooooooo much faster, yet websites load even slower than in 1990?

It has all the information people need, and loads quickly without any extraneous content or scripts. All websites should strive to be this good.

I mean, they could retain the simplicity but perhaps there is room for some basic nav improvement without bloat or enshittification.
