Considering the image my first guess was Holy Diver.
A minute and 34 seconds into Imperials by Ratatat was always the one for me. There's a bunch of the ones, but this one came to mind first.
Probably not the healthiest to listen to but yelling for I am a god king while driving will certainly pump you up.
The whole Back to Black is sad, but there is a 2 second guitar riff that makes it extra sad for me, so I do this even if it did hit me the way I expected it to.
