I worked for a "family" paving company for 7 years. Worst 7 years of my life. Even 5 years later in still dealing with the backlog of health problems I accumulated working there

Depends on the physical labor. Pushing boxes out of trucks in an air conditioned building is fine. Hauling steel out in the hot sun sucks.
