I still follow the belief that both frankenstein and his monster are monsters. One in a literal sense the other in an abstract sense
Intelligence is knowing that Frankenstein was the doctor, not the monster.
Wisdom is knowing that Frankenstein was the monster.
Frankenstein wasn't a doctor. He was a student that dropped out of college to conduct his life-creating experiments. He was a self-absorbed coward who was completely incapable of taking responsibility for his actions, but most of all he was a kid in way over his head.
The monster, on the other hand, was a cold-blooded murderer.
The monster was not a cold-blooded murderer. The monster was a being spawned into existence curious and idealistic only to be corrupted by the brutality of nature and the prejudice of mankind.
The monster was a murderer of innocent children yes, but the murders were an emotional reaction to the monster’s hatred for itself and the creator that forced such suffering upon him.
Frankenstein made the monster and you take your parent's last name, so the argument is pointless.

I've only heard people say "umm", never "ermm". Do people actually say "ermm"? Because, I've been seeing "ermm" in subtitles lately, even when the actor clearly said "umm".

For me, "ähm" or "õhm" are more descriptive, an ö sound would be way too islandly. The damn island folks haven't learned our precious õ yet!
